		<description>Thanks Donna for sharing.  You are correct... being RESPECTFUL is so important because it not always what you say but how you say it.  When I&#039;m real emotional and fired up, bubbling with some anger on the rise, I do my best to take a deep breath to calm down so I don&#039;t say something that I will later regret.  Every team has a difference of opinions but the key is to remember that there will be times when have to &quot;agree to disagree&quot; and that&#039;s ok because we&#039;re committed to the ultimate goal of succeeding as a TEAM.</description>

Finding that balance can be tricky and it will be different for each couple -- and also different during different circumstances and stages of life! The key is to be respectful of one another and remember that you have the same goals and are a team. You can disagree with your team member, but how you do it can mean the difference between a successful team and an unsuccessful one. Thanks for the tips!</description>
